RECORD OF CHANGES
As the McDowell County Hazardous Materials Emergency Plan undergoes changes due to updates or the addition of material, the necessary information must be included in each plan that has been distributed. This record of change provides the McDowell County LEPC a method of ensuring that revised portions of the plan are distributed to the agencies on the distribution list.
